Contract & Payment

Once you are ready to move forward, we will send you a formal engagement letter for your signature, outlining the scope, timeline, and investment—no hidden fees, no confusing jargon. Once signed and your initial payment is made, we will begin onboarding so we can get to work in your QuickBooks or Xero account right away.

Onboarding & Account Management

You will receive an onboarding checklist to make it easy for you to share the documents, account access, and details we need. We handle the setup in QuickBooks or Xero so everything is organized and accurate from day one—saving you time and headaches.
